Minimal maintenance is needed. Periodically clean the louvers and gutters of debris, and rinse the frame with water. The powder-coated finish resists rust and fading naturally.
The louvers adjust manually using the integrated mechanism. You can position them anywhere from fully open for maximum airflow to completely closed for full rain and sun protection.
When properly anchored, the aluminum frame and louver system are designed to withstand normal weather conditions. For severe weather warnings, we recommend closing the louvers fully for maximum structural integrity.
